ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) jar goya artichoke hearts, drained
  • 5 diced hot green chiles or 1 jaleponeo
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 8 oz package cream cheese stened
  • 1 level spoon minced garlic
  • Directions

    1. Preheat to 350

    2. Combine artichokes, chiles, parmesan, mayo. green onions and garlic

    3. stir in cream cheese. mix well.

    4. spoon in baking pan.

    5. bake 45 min or until golden brown.

    Optional: add frozen spinach.
