Chicken Spaghetti Makes 6 serving

ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 6 oz cooked chicken
  • 1 can 98% FF cream of chicken but I used mushroom soup
  • 1 can rotel
  • 4 oz Velvetta Light cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 oz medium onion (fren)
  • 1 oz medium bellpepper (fren) optional
  • sprinkle breadcrumbs
  • Directions

    Cook spaghetti according to package. I put a tsp of EVOO in my pan and sauteed my diced onion and bell pepper (used frozen bag already diced). Stir in soup, cheese, rotel and chicken and simmer until cheese is melted. Then mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish @ 350 for about 20 min. Top off with breadcrumbs.
