ingredients

  • 4 oz water
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Fage Total 0%
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mango, etc or a mix them)
  • 1 banana (the riper the sweeter)
  • 1 scoop Zero Carb Isopure, vanilla flavor
  • Directions

    Blend all ingredients together except for the Isopure. Once all ingredients are well blended add Isopure and blend just enough to incorporate the powder. Enjoy!

    Note: If you have bananas that are getting over ripe, just put them in the freezer to use another time in this smoothie.
