ingredients

  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for sweeter, use ½ cup)
  • Directions

    Cook and drain noodles. Mix butter into noodles. Then mix ingredients and combine with noodles. Pour into 13x9x2 pyrex, and bake 30-40 minutes at 325 until cheese is bubbly and noodles begin to lightly brown on the top.

    Note: I decrease butter by 25% and use 3/8 cup sugar or I use the recipe as is with 1/2 cup sugar and 16 oz wide noodles.
